Goal

1. Cause

Kilometers 4 Kiddos was created with only one goal in mind; to create a central outlet in the Twitch Zwift community for charity and awareness. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is the chosen charity as they are leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening disease. They are working to drive the overall survival rate for childhood cancer to 90 percent in the next decade.

2. Concept

The concept of Kilometers 4 Kiddos revolves around the K4K marathon, a marathon that takes place over the span of multiple days in May every year, typically as a lead in to a weekend of celebration. As well as lead up events to kick off the celebration.

How does the marathon work? Each member of the team leads a multi-hour hour block of fitness content, with each block going back to back, for days on end. When one streamer finishes their block, they send the party to the next streamer in line.

Each streamer has come up with their own unique content to fill their block along with their own unique incentives to make your donations that much sweeter. Want to see something specific? Maybe they’ll bargain with you.

Each team member has their own incentives and the team as a whole will have incentives when overall dollar values are met. The more the team raises, the more we owe and the crazier the marathon gets!

3. Goal

Kilometers 4 Kiddos is aiming to create a continuous outlet for good in the Zwift Twitch community through fundraising and charity efforts.

So what’s the goal? Beyond raising as much as possible? Every year the goal moves up just that bit more. In 2021 the goal was $10,000 and we smashed it beyond any of our wildest dreams.

So for the coming years we’re aiming for the stars and continually increasingly the goal to continue raising the most amount we can in the name of the kids in need. More Zwifters, more experiences, more time and more hope. Can we do it? Only you can give us that answer.

Want to Help Us Reach Our Goal?

Kilometers 4 Kiddos is aiming to raise as much money as possible by the end of May each year. Want to help us achieve that goal? Click the link below to help us get that little bit closer. Every dollar and cent counts in making a child’s life better!
