Lessons learned and records broken! The team took to its 2nd live event and broke the $100,000 raised for charity barrier!

2024 Team Highlights

Massive Milestone Achieved – $100,000 Raised for Charity!

In 2024, the team added over $20,000 to their team total from the prior 3 years, even netting multiple donations from Twitch themselves, the platform where the majority of them call home.

In just 4 years of fundraising, the team has broken the $100,000 barrier for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. That’s, on average, $25,000 raised per year by the team. This is a staggering amount when you consider that over 90% of the team had not fundraised before joining Kilometers 4 Kiddos.

2nd Annual Live Event at Primal Wear

Primal Wear welcomed us back with open arms for another year of shenanigans live from their corporate headquarters! This year, we had support from St. Jude directly, allowing us to increase the team represenation live in Denver, meaning we had more than 10 members available to take part in the chaos live, as well as a small studio audience.

With Nerf guns, challenge boxes and more on offer, not even we could anticipate what would happen. Check out the highlight reel below or watch the full stream at the link below.

7 Days

Spread over 2 weekends, the team tackled 7 total days of charity fundraising content, all in the name of helping fight children’s cancer!

34 Riders – Many Countries

Ever year we try to continue expanding on the diversity of the team, bringing in riders from all over the world and this year was no different. The goal? A rider from every continent possible!

128 Hours

With 128 hours of content from the team, an endless amount of unique content was brought to the Twitch community. From a live sprint off to a wild game of hide and seek held inside of Zwift itself.

$21,742 Raised

In the team’s fourth year, the team was recognized both by the platform they used (Twitch) and the charity they raised money for (St. Jude) on multiple fronts.

600 Total Donations

With only 34 riders on the team, that means that each rider averaged nearly 18 total donations to their campaign. With such a niche game to stream, that’s quite the statistic!

$36 Avg. Donation Amount

In a year where the financial climate wasn’t condusive to fundraising, the team still managed to gather an average donation value of $36 per donation! A staggering amount for the size and history of the team!

From the Top

This year, Kilometers 4 Kiddos was recognized by the platform they host the marathon on, Twitch. Twitch stopped by to donate not only once, but twice in the name of charity.

Voices of Support

300 Donations voiced their support for the team through either supportive, teasing or challenging comments on their donations. Each spurring on the team in their own unique way.

Many Riders, Many Highlights

With so many unique Zwift streamers from around the world on the team, it’s not surprising that each streamer brought their own flavor to the table. Don’t believe us? Below is a highlight of some of the great moments and themes from prior years. If you’re still looking for more, check out the playlist below for individual clips from each team member. With the group continuing to grow in size and diversity year over year, you can imagine it’s only going to be more chaotic fun in the years to come.
